The office was very professional and knowledgeable guiding us up to the day of. The team they sent out was equally impressive - they hustled all day and were extremely neat and careful. Mammoth is amazing! I called last minute and needed some help moving a few things that needed to be picked up for a client, and I needed it done within a few hours. Originally there was no crew available until Thursday, but the front desk staff pulled a few strings for me and had a crew out in less than an hour. I had several interactions with the team members preparing for the move - all great. Evan was the driver and foreman for my job. He was excellent. All the movers were good. Had these guys come into our office space to hang a bunch of art. They were fast and efficient and very conscientious of not making a lot of noise or a big mess. They perfectly aligned the different art pieces and had great awareness as to where they would look best on the wall.

They also helped us move into our new office space back in May of 2020 and their assistance was vital to a successful move. They helped us label and bag all of our computers, electronics, and belongings and ensured that everything made it to the correct workstation on the other side. They really have this streamlined process down.

We recently used Mammoth Moving & Storage to move from Santa Barbara to Arizona. The team was professional and efficient from initial contact and quoting to the completion of the moving process. They were diligent in packing and wrapping to ensure no damage to either the furniture or walls and doorways of the home. I was able to make a direct comparison to the moving company the people vacating our new home used. They missed their appointment by two days, parked the truck 5 miles away to shuttle back and forth, and took an entire day to complete. In fact the direct opposite to the service Mammoth provided. Evan was able to park at the house eliminating the need for a shuttle, hired two experienced local movers, and was done in under 4 hours for a greater amount of furniture.

In a move like this there are so many moving parts that it was good to have the confidence that Sean and the team would deliver as promised. I highly recommend Mammoth Moving & Storage.

"Fantastic Job"

Sean and his staff are fantastic problem solvers. Sean literally made our move to Portland happen, by making the best of a difficult situation. Our move was relatively small...a two-bedroom apartment...but we needed professional help because of the distance. Mammoth's arrangements for a place for us on a big moving van owned by a national carrier fell through because they could not give us reliable or timely pick-up and delivery dates. So Sean borrowed a smaller truck from his dad, came up with a plan to handle any weight overage the truck couldn't handle, and picked up and delivered the load on our schedule. Everything went perfectly, including the unloading of our things in rainy Portland. Thank you to Sean and his crew!

I had an excellent experience as a high end residential interior designer working with the team at Mammoth. Everyone there is helpful, responsive, professional and they go the extra mile. Delivery team was careful and patient (not so much as a scratch while moving in a full 3 bedroom house worth of items). Office is organized, prompt and lovely to work with. Will use them again if we work in the area again & highly recommend.
